 Every day blends teaching, embodied practices, and unique experiences that challenge you to grow while giving you space to restore. You’ll learn science-backed tools, engage in adventures that push you beyond your comfort zone, and experience restorative sessions designed to ground and align you.

Day 1 – Check-In to Airbnb, Opening Ceremony & Connection

We begin by setting the container — meeting your brothers, grounding into the experience, and opening the space for transformation. This is where the armor comes off and the work begins. 

Day 2 –  Awareness: Understanding the Shift  

Divorce changes more than your circumstances — it reshapes your identity, your patterns, and the way you move through life. On this day, you’ll learn how your mind and nervous system respond to loss, stress, and uncertainty. Through teaching, reflection, and grounding practices, you’ll uncover hidden patterns and begin shifting from survival mode into clarity and stability. 

Day 3 –  Authenticity: Reclaiming the Man Beneath the Roles 

this is where we go deeper. You’ll explore the stories, beliefs, and emotional weight you may still be carrying — from the marriage, the separation, and everything that followed. Through guided experiences and powerful group support, you’ll release what no longer serves you and reconnect with who you are now, not who you had to be. 

Day 4 –  Actualization: Building What Comes Next  

With clarity and self-trust as your foundation, you’ll begin creating the next chapter of your life. You’ll define your values, align your energy, and develop a vision for the man you’re becoming — as a father, partner, leader, and individual. We close with integration practices so you leave grounded, focused, and moving forward with direction. 

Day 5 – Departure

After a nourishing breakfast we will check-out of the Airbnb by 10am.  You’ll return home with clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of who you are and where you’re going.
