For years, I did everything I thought I was supposed to do.
After getting sober in 2011 following a five-year battle with alcoholism, I committed to building a stable, successful life.
I built the career. I worked hard. I checked the boxes.
And from the outside, it looked like I had.
But inside, something still felt off.
I started doing the inner work and noticed that I had built a life based on expectations and roles, not on what was truly aligned for me.
Then I went through a divorce.
The divorce became a turning point — not just an ending, but an invitation to rebuild my life in a more honest way.
I stepped away from the path I was on and committed fully to the deeper work — reconnecting with myself and surrounding myself with other men who were willing to grow, be honest, and do the same.
That’s when I realized something powerful:
I wasn’t alone. And neither are you.
Before this work, I spent 15 years in corporate leadership, working with business owners and Fortune 500 teams. I hold a degree in Human Resource Management along with certifications including PHR, SHRM-CP, Insights Discovery Practitioner, Somatic Breathwork, and Neuroscience of Change.
Today, I help men do what I had to do myself — release old patterns, rebuild their identity, and create a life that actually feels aligned and meaningful.
Because sometimes the moments that break your life open aren’t failures.
They’re the beginning of something better.
